Dental Root Pins

Dental root pins are anchored with adhesive in the root of the tooth and aid stabilization or the build-up of the damaged tooth. The dental root pin consists of a specially developed glass fiber composite material with mechanical properties which have been closely adapted to those of natural dentine. This helps avoid rejection of the pin by the dentine which could lead to loosening of the tooth.
